Warranty: For Life
What we build, we build for life.
All of our hardwood furniture comes with a lifetime warranty (as long as you own it) against all manufacturer and material defects. If any hardware, building materials, or workmanship should fail it will be repaired to your satisfaction at no cost.
Worry free furniture.
Accidental damage and wear and tear are part of life and when they happen to your furniture don’t worry, most damage can be eliminated for a minimal fee. Since we built and finished your furniture in the first place there is no one more qualified to execute any repairs. Solid hardwood is uniquely suited for repairs. A qualified, experienced woodworker can sand down & smooth out surface or finish blemishes. They can fill and eliminate deeper gouges that extend through the finish into the wood. They can even cut out & replace bad boards or sections of wood that have been severely abused, bringing your furniture back to like new condition!
Product Care
No special care is required to enjoy many years of beauty from your solid wood furniture!
A damp cloth or a damp cloth with a mild soap are all that is required for day to day cleaning. (Paper towels are not recommended for cleaning as they will cause the finish to become shiny over time.)
Because our finish is one of the industry’s most durable and easily maintained, polishing and waxing are not required.
Precautions
Even though we use solid hardwood and one the industry's most durable finishes your furniture can not be treated like a granite counter top. While we use the best construction methods and materials, some care must be taken to ensure the beauty and longevity of our fine furniture. Our finish is one of the most resistant to scratching, but like glass, it still can be scratched. Our top coat is very similar to the clear coat on a car, anything that could scratch a car finish, will scratch the finish of your furniture.
Sliding rough items like keys and plates with rough un-glazed bottoms can scratch the finish.
Cleaners with scouring powder should be avoided as they will scratch the surface, the same applies to scouring pads.
Care should be taken to avoid dropping metal or other hard objects onto solid wood surfaces, as it can dent no matter how hard the wood species.
Spills, including nail polish remover, should be cleaned up right away.
Ink and Dye can transfer from wet paper into the finish if left in contact with your furniture’s surface.
As a general rule of thumb objects that are too hot to hold in the palm of your hand, should not be put directly on to the furniture. A hot pad should be used to avoid damaging the finish.
Our furniture will always give your family years of functionality, and with a minimal amount of care it will maintain its original beauty.
